2. Date, time and place of departure – the starting date of each shift of the language camp, 9.30 h., from the National stadium “Vasil Levski”, Sofia
3. Date, time and place of return: end date of each shift, 17:15 h. Vassil Levski National stadium, Sofia
4. Travel: by bus of the Apart Hotel Lucky Bansko, Bansko
II. Accommodation and board at children’s camp LuckyKids
1. Studio Luxury for 3 children or apartment Deluxe for 4 children
2. 12 breakfasts, 12 lunches, 12 afternoon snacks, 11 dinners
III. Organizer and accompanying teaching and non-teaching staff:

3. Medical care: Physician at the hotel, available 24/7. Paramedic to accompany children during all activities and afternoon trips. All parents have to provide the signed conditions, instruction, and declaration and hand them in by the day of departure to the chief accompanying staff member.
4. You may provide all original camp papers signed by you, medicines, and pocket money to the staff of the English camp in charge for the children in the bus.
IV. Organizational details:
● Meeting point – Vassil Levski National Stadium at 9.15, Sofia, Bulgaria
● Preparation for departure – when you reach the meeting point it is necessary to find and introduce yourself to the accompanying staff member, he/she will receive the papers and put name tags on the child’s luggage
● Departure time – 9:30; please note that we are strictly going to respect the announced departure time to avoid heavy traffic when leaving the city
● Pocket money – the accompanying staff members of summer camp LuckyKids will have envelops for placing the pocket money of each child. You could pass the amount up to 80 BGN for the entire journey
● During the stay in Bansko the teachers/animators will give the child up to 5 BGN per day (if necessary)
● Mobile Phones: Children will have their mobile phones in the period between 20:30 h. and 22:00 h. For the rest of the period all devices will be carried by the teachers/counselors.
The team of language school LuckyKids is not responsible for lost or broken telephones.
During the trips Sofia-Bansko-Sofia children will have their phones.
