    Conditions

    Basics

    The parents may pay for participation of their children in BGN or EUR.

    Payment:

    •  By Credit card – Visa, MasterCard, American Express
    • By Bank transfer to the account of the hotel
    • By Cash at the office: 1000 Sofia; 5, LEGE Str., fl. 1.

    All payments by credit card and cash are carried in BGN (Bulgarian leva).
    All prices include accommodation for 1 child and participant in the programme and include: accommodation in terms of the programme, participation in all activities of the programme, insurance, tourist tax and 9% VAT.

    Cancellation policy:

    • If the reservation is canceled 20 days before arrival – no penalty.
    • Within 7 days before arrival – penalty is 20% of the total amount.
    • In case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or a no show at the hotel – the penalty is equal to 50% of the total amount.
    • In case of reduce of the stay because of objective reasons (illness, family emergency situation and etc.), the amount will be refunded according to the unused stay.

    Our terms:

    You can enroll your child by filling out our online Online questionnaire for parents (direct reservation).

    The registration form will be sent to you from the hotel after your request by phone or email.

    The reservation is confirmed and guaranteed after confirmation of the completed registration forms and pay in advance 50% of the amount.

    The full amount for the camp must be paid no later than one week before arrival.

    Reservations, unguaranteed within the specified period will be considered invalid.

    The camp shift can be organized if the required minimum of 6 children have enrolled.

    If  a deposit has been paid but the shift has not been formed, the deposit is automatically transferred to another period chosen by the parents.

    If participation of a child is cancelled, the prepaid deposit is reimbursed at 100%.
